The room of the hotel was new-fashioned and neat with so great value and a variety of fresh, as for instance. The stuff where all exceptionally kind and the breakfast was nice hot with bacon and good hearty selections, for instance....  

We loved the included breakfast and Wi-Fi, and the parking rate was reasonable for downtown. The athletic facilities were fantastic and there were plenty of activities for the whole family.

Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.

Great room, convenient location in downtown LA, helpful staff, excellent workout facilities w/ indoor track and swimming pool, first class breakfast included every morning with made-to-order omelettes, etc.

A little far from the convention center, but the conference had a shuttle which stopped at the Sheraton 2 blocks away so no big deal. Also outside the hotel there were some "questionable" street people but they weren't too aggressive so not a big problem.

The reception was welcoming and helpful. The accommodation in the suites was spacious and comfortable, although the decor in the polo suite was a little dark. The hotel ambiance is that of a gentleman's club, comfortable and civilised and superior to other well-known hotel chains. The inclusive buffet breakfast is comprehensive. The adjacent covered parking at $12 a day was easy to use. The restaurant menu was limited but varied and the food and service were very good and good value for downtoun la. We would unhesitatingly stay there on future visits to la.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for me, as I had a car, and it was great to see that downtown LA is really on the up. The hotel is within walking distance to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The service at this place was outstanding, with friendly staff who provided excellent service. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also has a great dining option, with a buffet breakfast that was delicious and a poolside snack bar that was perfect for a quick bite. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in LA!
